General Server Rules

No RDM(Random Death Match): You are not allowed to kill anyone unless you have a valid RP reason.
No CDM(Car Death Match): Do you attempt to run people over.  No-collide your car to prevent this.
No break NLR(New Life Rule): When you died, you will forget everything that happened to you in your previous life. You are also not allowed to go back to the area you died for 3 minutes. If you are killed in a raid, NLR lasts for 2 minutes instead of 3.
No RDA(RanDom Arrest): Do not arrest without a VALID RP REASON.  Refer to rule 3 if you break this rule.  Refer to Laws of the Land to what you can arrest for.
No micspam: Do not leave your microphone on the same way you wouldn't leave your friend on the phone unattended.
No Voice Changers: If you're attempting to disguise your voice we will assume that its for malicious purposes only.  You will be gagged/kicked/banned.
No Punch/Knock Whores:  We will not employ these practices.
No Propspam: Building takes thought and reason behind it, do not mindlessly spam your materials.
No Propkill: Props are not somethings that you can use to kill people with.  If the prop kill is massive enough you will be banned.
No Propblock:  Props shouldn't block off public access areas or any areas for that matter.
No Propclimb: Props require support do not mindlessly place props in the air attempting to get some place you shouldn't be without the relevant support structures.
No Propsurf: Props are for building not for flying.
No Proppush: Do not make a prop an addition of yourself to touch other people.
No Racism: You will not pick on a group of people or recreate and roleplay events/groups that deal with genocide,mass murder in relation to a culture or race/religion.
No Religion: We are not the church or affiliate with god.  Leave your beliefs in the real world.
No Bunnyhop/Bhop: This gives you a unfair advantage.  Severe ban if this happens.
No Disrespecting: Everyone must treat others with respect, If we see you putting down a someone for any reason we will warn/kick you.
Don't build non-RP related things: Do not build things that does not help you roleplay.
Respect all admins: Please respect our admins, if they're abusing then use Open Broadcasting Software to record them and upload to the forums.
No offensive sprays allowed: Don't have any form of pornography,hentai,murder,death as a spray.  You will be banned up for up to a month for it.
Do not Backseat Administrate: When you see a player Mass-RDM or Propkill, do not propkill or kill him back, Rule 1 and Rule 8 applies. Arresting the Propkilling/Propspamming players is allowed to ensure that no further damage will be caused for the next 100+ seconds. This is an exception to Rule 4.
No Discrimination: We do not tolerate any race,sex,religion,culture discrimination of any kind.
Do not Meta-game: Metagaming means that you are using non-RP ways to get information during RP-ing. For example: Using OOC(Out of Character) chat to inform the cops that you are kidnapped and telling them where you are. Another example: Using no-collided cars to enter a base to find out how protected it is.
Do not FailRP: Do not do things that are impossible in real life. For example: Using physgun to get your car back from stealers, and a flying base with no support from the ground. Raiding by using drugs to fly.
Do not multi-bind: Do not bind all your adverts into a single bind. All adverts must have a different binding if you wish to bind them.
Do not abuse fading doors: Do not open then close the fading door just to kill someone, and do NOT close the fading door after someone cracked it. Using buttons to avoid this rule is NOT allowed.
Advert Mug, Steal and Raid: So when you kill someone, admins know that it's not RDM. And do it to tell everyone you are mugging, stealing or stuff. Mugging can only go up to $2000 and must last at least 10 seconds before killing. You must also wait at-least 1 second before killing some one when calling raid!
Do not Power-game: Do not drop the weapons/items you need from a class then switching to another class just to keep it.
Use English in OOC: Local chat/voice chat you can speak any language you want.
No offensive language: You may swear, however any racist/pedo comments are not allowed.
Do not use glitches or abuse tools: Fences are suppose to be able to be looked through both ends, no one way fences!
Kidnapping cooldown: Trauma takes a toll on ones mental health(You cannot kidnap the same person within 30 minutes), 30 minute cooldown
Assassinate cooldown: A government takes times to rebuild after its mayor has been killed, 30 minute cooldown
Mug cooldown: Don't mug a man when hes down, 15 minute cooldown.
Do not war without admin permission: You are not allowed to have wars when you do not have an admin's permission. Wars cannot be auto-accepted and MUST be accepted by both the admins and the opponent. War can only last up to 30 minutes, and the duration of it is decided by the accepting admin. If the accepting admin leaves the game during the war, the war MUST be stopped.
Do not Printer Bomb: Do not make any Printer Bombs.
Do not make props invisible: Building's are not invisible so do not make your props invisible.
Do not impersonate staff members: You are not allowed to take on the name of a staff member.  If doing so you will be automatically kicked for it.
Do not use hacks or scripts: Any use of scripts/hacks and you will be permanently banned.  No exceptions
Do not use any exploits: Do not abuse of any exploits you will be banned.
You can not build bridges that go from rooftop to rooftop.
You must not any form of structure on the street and hobos can only build on the sidewalk.
NO BASES IN THE SKY.: If its not a house on the map you can't base there. You also cannot build your base off the side of a existing building and you definitely cannot build a base on a rooftop that exceeds the rooftop boundaries.
Bodyblocking: Its not allowed, you need to share the space as everyone else and allow everyone to travel the same space as you.
Kidnap: You have 10 minutes max to pay the ransom fee, if you're not killed within that time or are not paid you are free to go.  Passing off hostages are not allowed, People are fragile. 15 minute cooldown.(You cannot kidnap the same person within 15 mins)
These are the laws in place when there is no Mayor or Law Board.
Raiding is AOS/KOS.
Mugging is AOS.
Stealing is AOS.
Kidnapping is AOS/KOS.
Carjacking is AOS.
Any thief action is AOS/KOS.
Money Printers are AOS/KOS and will be destroyed.
Harming other people in the town is AOS/KOS.
Weapons are AOS unless gun holder has gun license.
Any attempt to assassinate the mayor is KOS.
Dictatorship : If you want to add your own rules you must approve them by admin.


Fading doors must be for at least 5 seconds: You will be asked to change it, if you refuse we will kick you.
Do not use double fading doors: You must have enough room between each fading door to fit a group of 5 people.  Only four fading doors total per base.
Do not build in public areas: Do not build on any area that the public uses.  Build in a house, You cannot block off entire areas unless you have five or more people in your party and you all own/co-own the doors in the area you are blocking off.  if you're blocking off tunnels all tunnels/public areas that you can get to on the street must have a fading door/way to get in.
Do not build in other base's area: Do not build where it passes someone elses property/kos line.
Do not spam Keypads/Buttons: Only two keypads/two buttons per fading door(max 8 keypads).  
KOS line cannot exceed the sidewalk: Your line of KOS must stay within the sidewalk.
Do not make deathboxes: If you can see them they should be able to see you and shoot you.
Do not build on roofs: Do not build on already constructed homes unless you're able to get access through map stairs.
Do not make doom fortresses: Homes are suppose to be made to walk through.  No crouch/maze/jump bases.
Do not base in PD without correct job: Do not base in PD if you are not a Mayor, a Civil Protection, a Civil Protection Chief, or a SWAT.
Do not use buttons to control entrances/shields: Do not use a button to close an entrance or activate/deactivate shields quickly. Basically, do not use buttons as an alternative to prop flash and/or fading door abuse.
Building signs: If you are building you must have a sign up, If you have any form of weapons/weapon shipments/money printers that sign if void and you can be raided.

Do not return to raiding area after death: Raiders may not return to the place they were raiding after death, only the owners of the home may do so after 3 minutes of NLR.
Do not kill people who are not involved in the raid: You cannot kill someone whos near or around the property you are trying to raid, you may only kill someone people who are inside the home.
Do not capture bases: You cannot steal someones home simply by raiding it.
City Takeovers: Can be done by taking over and controlling the PD for 20 minutes. Cops MAY ignore NLR in order to retake the PD. Should the raiders succeed in controlling the PD for 20 minutes, an admin may switch the leader of the takeover to Mayor, and demote current Mayor(if applicable). Cops then MUST adhere NLR. And the Mayor(leader of the takeover) may appoint his/her member to be his body guards or police forces. An admin MUST be in the server to initiate a city takeover.
PD Takeovers: If no admin is on for a City Takeover, you can do a PD takeover which can last 30 minutes.
Takeovers must be valid:  All takeovers must have a valid reason.  You can take over the PD to secure your friend who was arrested but you may not takeover for "THE POLICE SUCK"
Do not build to raid: You cannot buy out a place to get closer to your raiding target, you must have an intent of staying there and actually living there.
Do not use props: You cannot use props to block/build during a raid.
Raid Cooldown: People need time to secure their assets, 20 minute cooldown
Maximum Raid Duration: Raids must not last longer then 5 minutes.
Raid adverting: You must advert raid if you want to start one, and the raid must be adverted outside of the base targeted. If you are assisting in a raid you must type /advert Raid Assist [person who you are raid assisting]
No SOLO Raids: Raids require coordination and teamwork.  There are no one man teams on this server.
BANK RAIDING: You cannot raid the bank unless their are at least TWO civil protections on.(MAYOR DOESN'T COUNT)

Citizen
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are not allowed to base with gangsters, mob boss

Civil Protection / SWAT


You are only allowed to raid if there is a wanted man in their base or if you have warrant against owner of the base.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are not allowed to randomly warrant people.
You are not allowed to randomly want people.
NLR does not apply in PD only during TAKEOVERS.
You are not allowed to random weapon check. (You are only allowed to weapon check people if you have valid RP reason.)
You are not allowed to have a base outside of PD.

Gangster / Mob boss


You may only a maximum of 5 people in a gang.
You are not allowed to help the CPs in any way.
Change job name to hitman then follow hitman rules if you want to do hits.(Mob boss only)

Gun-dealer
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are not allowed to base with gangsters or mob boss.
You must have a shop for the public.
You are not allowed to give free guns or sell your guns or shipments without $100 profit.
You are not allowed to self-supply.

Mayor
You are only allowed to raid with your cop team if there is a wanted man in their base or if you have warrant against owner of the base.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to post Laws that will affect the default Laws.
You are not allowed to randomly warrant people.
You are not allowed to do random Lockdowns.
You are not allowed to randomly want people.

Hobo
You may not setup gangs that have more then 5 people.
You are not allowed to raid.
You are only allowed to base in sewers, tunnels with dead end, and the sidewalk.
You are not allowed to base with any one besides other hobos.
You are not allowed to spawn Money Printers, but can steal or get it from other people.
You are allowed to have weapons.
You are allowed to play music through your mic. You MUST stop if people tell you to stop If you don't, Rule 5 in General Rules apply and you will be possibly banned from the job and/or the server.
You are allowed to mug but you must respect a cooldown of 5 minutes.
You are only allowed to build in sewers, tunnels with dead end, and the sidewalk, do not propblock.
You are also only allowed to build out of wooden props as a hobo.  Any other prop is restricted and not allowed.
You may only own and take over the mall for the entire hobo population. You must also own/coown all the doors within the mall.

Hitman
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to give free hits. Hits must have a price of $1000 or above.
You must advert H.A(Hit accepted) and H.C(Hit completed) to accept and do hits.
You are not allowed to have several hits at the same time.
You are not allowed to have a hit on the same person for 15 minutes.
You are not allowed to get a hit from the same contact for 5 minutes.
You are not allowed to accept hits from other hitmen.

​Drug dealer
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.

Body Guard
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are allowed to work for anyone.
You are encouraged to work for the police and base in the PD with them.

Pet
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to kill.
You cannot have your own base.
You are not allowed to have guns.

Admin on Duty

1.) You CANNOT roleplay as this job.

Thug

DJ Host

1.) You are the only one allowed to play music.
2.) You must have a DJ Booth setup somewhere and you must be in it to play music.
3.) You're the only class that can and may build on the sidewalk, if you want to own a shop and make a base thats fine as well.
4.) You cannot mug/raid
5.) You may own printers but beware they're illegal.

Black Market Dealer
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are not allowed to base with gangsters or mob boss.
You must have a shop for the public.
You are not allowed to give free guns or sell your guns or shipments without $100 profit.
You are not allowed to self-supply.

Heavy Gun Dealer
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.

Swat Sniper

You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to kidnap.

Casino Manager
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to kidnap.
You are not allowed to base with any other class.
You can however charge an entrance/usage fee for the casino.

Secret Service
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to assassinate.
You are only allowed to work for the mayor.
You are also the only class the can secure a base to build to protect the mayor.
You are not allowed to have any printers of any kind.

Hotel Manager
You may charge an entrance fee for the hotel and can charge any rate for the hotel rooms/services.
You are not allowed to raid.
You are not allowed to mug.
You are not allowed to steal.
You are not allowed to kill.
You cannot have your own base.
You can collaborate with the Casino Manager.

Staffs' Guidelines:

Staff members might be kicked with no warning if they break the guidelines to enforce them reading the guidelines.

ALL General Rules, Basing Rules, Raiding Rules and Jobs' Rules apply.

Do not use ANY sort of admin powers at all while you are roleplaying.

Do not use Dupes.

Do not set anyone's team unless they are unfairly demoted.

Do not set your own team for any reason at all.

Do not self supply using the spawn menu for RP purposes.

Do not set ANYONE'S health. You are only allowed to set your own health if an admin situations comes up.

Do not ban someone with no reason or with inappropriate reasons reasons like "faggot, noob", etc.

Do not kick anyone without appropriate reason.

If you plan to no-clip around the map and check for rule breakers, use the Staff On Duty job.

Do not give players back their money if their money got reset.

Do not give ANYONE any free money.

Do not unban without AR Chaotic or AR Acrara's Permission.

Do not ask another admin to unban you, both of you will be permanently banned.  f you want to get unbanned for whatever reasons, write an appeal in the forums.

Do not reset anyone's money

Do not create random votes, you could be kicked for it.

Do not make false rules, if a member asks you whether or not they can do this or that, refer to these rules. If caught making fake rules, you can be banned for it. You can suggest a rule in the forums.

Do not give, add, remove, or edit any ranks AT ALL. Giving or making a rank to players will result in a permanent ban for you and the promoted user(if he didn't report about the free rank). You must have permission from an owner (Arcara, Chaotic) to be able to give rank to a single user.

Make sure the cvar values are the same as the ones in the spoiler below, changing it to a different value without an owner's consent will result in you being punished.

Do not start any sort of war with the exception of Gang vs Gang or Gang vs PD. Purges are NOT allowed.

Any staff member breaking any Staffs' Guideline will lead to him/herself being kicked, if it is severe, it will be a ban and/or a demote.
